Terms of Service

The rules for using Stardust: the website, the API, Energy, staking, the Liquidity Pool and NFTs.

Last updated: 29 October 2026

These terms apply when you use stardustllm.xyz, the dashboard, the API, the Stardust Flash-01 model and the Stardust smart contracts (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use it.

1. Who can use Stardust#

You must be at least 18 and allowed to use services like this where you live. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you, including rules on crypto-assets.

2. Your wallet and account#

  • You sign in with your own wallet. Stardust never holds your private keys and cannot recover them or reverse your transactions.
  • You are responsible for everything done with your wallet, your sessions and your API keys. Keep keys secret and revoke any that leak.

3. Acceptable use#

Stardust is built for security research. You may only use it against systems, code and contracts you own or are explicitly authorized to test. You must not:

  • attack, exploit or scan systems without permission, or use the Service to steal funds or data;
  • create malware, phishing, spam, or content that is illegal or infringes others' rights;
  • get around rate limits, Energy charges or access controls, resell access without our permission, or overload the Service;
  • send personal data or secrets you are not allowed to share to models, especially free models.

We may suspend keys or accounts that break these rules.

4. Energy#

  • ENERGY is an ERC-20 usage token that pays for the API. It is not an investment, a deposit or a currency, and we make no promise about its value.
  • Energy bought with USDG is minted at the price shown before you confirm. Purchases are final: the store never buys Energy back and there are no refunds.
  • API usage is charged in Energy from your Energy Vault as described in the docs. Used Energy is burned.
  • Free models require holding at least 5,000 ENERGY; this requirement and model availability can change.

5. Staking, the Liquidity Pool and NFTs#

  • Staking locks your STARDUST for the period you choose; you can't unstake early. The daily Energy pool is shared by all stakers and can be changed for the future.
  • Liquidity Pool earnings depend entirely on how much Energy others buy. They can be zero, and nothing is guaranteed.
  • Stardust Genesis NFTs are digital collectibles. Rarity is decided on-chain after your mint; we make no promise about their value or tradability.
  • These are self-executing smart contracts. Read the docs and the source code before using them.

6. Smart contract and blockchain risk#

Blockchains and smart contracts carry risks, including bugs, network outages, price feed failures, high fees and wallet compromise. Transactions are irreversible. The contracts are open source and verified, but no code is free of risk, and you use them at your own risk.

7. Models and outputs#

  • AI outputs can be wrong, incomplete or unsafe. Check findings, exploits and fixes before you rely on them.
  • Third-party models are provided by their makers under their own terms. Models, prices and limits can change or be removed.
  • Stardust Flash-01 weights are published under the license in the Hugging Face repository.

8. No financial advice#

Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Do your own research.

9. Availability and changes#

We work to keep the Service running but provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may change, pause or discontinue parts of it, and change these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.

10. Limitation of liability#

To the extent the law allows, Stardust is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, or losses caused by blockchains, smart contracts, wallets, third-party providers or your use of model outputs. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
